Coaching and consulting for human services data team

Client: Department of Human Services

Dept of Human Service Victoria had to compile an analyst team consisting of subject matter experts, reporting and compliance officers from different divisions. They faced familiar challenges of different work practices, skill levels and processes.

We were engaged to provide coaching and training in data literacy, statistical analysis and communication (for team members and management). Through workshops, time in-house working on specific data products, document review and stakeholder discussions, we also developed a strategic roadmap, templates and metadata standards for reproducible analysis and data/metadata management.

Follow up work has involved consulting to standardise and design data channels for a formal reporting platform built around Qlikview.
